PAYMENT POLICY

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when your order ships from the Americair Corporation warehouse and you will receive an email notification that your order has shipped. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason you will be notified and your credit card will not be charged.

SHIPPING POLICY 

Turnaround

Americair Corporation will make best efforts to ship orders within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm, unless the item is out of stock.  When an item is out of stock, you will receive notification.

Carriers

We use FedEx to deliver our orders.

The types of service available for your order will be presented to you when you enter your address information during the checkout process.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Canada and the USA.

Your shipping address must be a valid street address and cannot be a PO Box.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.  You will receive an email notification if this information is available.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and number of items you have ordered and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and you will have a chance to decide not place your order.

Back Orders 

If an item in your order is out of stock and goes on back order we will hold your order until all of the items in your order are available. You will receive an email notification to inform you of the estimated shipment date. You can request to have the items that are available in your order ship immediately and have the backordered item ship at a later date when it becomes available; however, you will be charged appropriately for the shipping of the second shipment.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES

Americair Corporation is committed to resolving issues with shipped products as quickly as possible.  In the interest of protecting our customers, in order to accept a product for return, we conduct a verification process that may take a few days to complete.

How To Return An Item
All claims for product return, exchange or refund will be handled at the discretion of Americair Corporation.

Americair Corporation will accept items for return if they are in original and unused condition, except in the case of manufacturer defect.

To initiate a claim, you must contact Americair Corporation at info@amaircare.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods to begin a case assessment.

You will need to provide:

  • Proof of Payment for the item(s)
  • The model and serial number or the product number of the item(s)
  • Americair Corporation may request images of the product in the case of damaged products
  • Your name and contact information

When a return/repair claim is approved, Americair Corporation will issue a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number and you must return the item within 14 days of this approval.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Items cannot be returned if they have been opened. Items that have been damaged in shipping will be evaluated prior to acceptance.  Product that is returned due to manufacturer defect, MUST have all of the filters removed prior to return or the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Merchandise that has been used and/or altered from its original condition will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. The original cost of shipping and handling for the order is not included in the refund for returned goods.

Exchanges

Americair will accept items for exchange provided they are unopened and remain in the original package.

You will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item(s) you wish to exchange and charged additionally for shipping of the replacement item(s).

The replacement item(s) will not be released for shipment until we have received the item(s) you wish to exchange and the item(s) are in condition deemed acceptable by Americair Corporation.
